About a week ago, I ate at Fuddruckers. I never had their chocolate shake, so I decided to try one because all my friends were telling me that Fuddrucker milkshakes are the best. They had vanilla and chocolate flavor, of course I got ordered a chocolate. It was cool because they give you a little paper milkshake with a number on it and they deliver the milkshake right to your table. There was an extremely long spoon in my cup and the shake was thick and rich in chocolate. It was a perfect mix of milk and chocolate ice cream. I enjoyed it. It was delicious. If any of you havent tried it yet, I suggest you go to Fuddruckers and order one, the food there is really good too.
Another one of my favorite chocolates is Reeses Peeses Butter Cup. I love the mix of chocolate and peanut butter put together. I enjoy eating them with milk. I've also recently discovered that they have them in white chocolate also! I havent tried the white chocolate one yet but im sure it will be delicious. They are small, round, milk chocolate and peanut butter cups. Usually they are individually wrapped in an orange wrapper or they come in packs of two. You can purchase them at any grocery store. Halloween is coming up, and Reeses is an excellent candy to give away!
A new sweet I've tried recently is mochi. It's Japanese ice cream in the shape of a ball. My BF's friend introduced it to him and he went out and bought some for me to try. You can get it in those Asian markets like Grand Mart and H-mart. It comes in vanilla and chocolate. I tried the vanilla and it was okay, but the chocolate flavor was so good. The outer layer is a stretchy substance, its kind of hard to explain. I would have never guessed that it was rice pounded down so much it turned into dough. It taste nothing like rice, but rather, a doughy marshmallow substance. The best part is when the chocolate ice cream inside begins to melt as you’re eating it, which softens the outer layer. If your ever stopping by a Asian market, I highly recommend mochi, its amazingly delicious!
A chocolate that I've been eating a lot of recently is the milk chocolate Toblerone. It is one of my most favorite chocolates. I discovered that they sell them at mason's convenient store and I've been buying a lot of them. They sell both the milk chocolate and dark chocolate kind, but of course I only get the milk chocolate because I don't like dark chocolate. Anyways, Toblerone is a Swiss chocolate that contains honey and almond nougat. It is cool because each piece has a triangular shape. It reminds me of a pyramid. My favorite part of the chocolate bar is the honey. After all of the chocolate dissolves in your mouth, there are tiny bits and pieces of honey left over and you can taste the sweetness of it. I love it eating it with milk. It is the perfect dessert. If you haven't tried it, I recommend you go buy one because they are amazing!
So what's the best kind of chocolate out there?
My ultimate favorite chocolate is Ferrero Rocher( its a great gift too). It's the one thats wrapped in crumbling gold paper in shape of a ball. The only thing that might stop anyone from liking it is that it has nuts on the outside, but its so good that i forget that it has nuts in it. Also any chocolate that has caramel(Godiva, Dove) is guaranteed goodness! These types are the "good kind" of chocolate.
Is there anyone out there that doesn't like chocolate? If not, then what do you think is the "good kind" of chocolate?
